Jessica Lemoncelli, MA, LPC

Welcome! I utilize an integrated and trauma informed approach to psychotherapy. I believe that individuals coming to therapy have unmet needs that have led them to maladaptive coping in their lives. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on each client, making sure to meet each client where they are at with an empathetic and person-centered approach. I have over 8 years of experience working with a wide variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also have experience in and passion for working with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image from a Health at Every Size perspective. I am certified in Intuitive Eating Counseling, which is a self-care eating framework that integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought instead of dieting. I enjoy helping people explore their relationship with food and their body. In my spare time, you'll find me spending time with my family and friends, honoring my body by engaging in movement that I enjoy, or listening to an audiobook with an iced coffee in hand. I also enjoy spending time educating others about the importance of mental health and the prevalence of eating disorders in our society.
